Living better in lockdown

In the fourth episode of his series of talks Alastair Campbell, former spin doctor to Tony Blair, who has been open about his bouts of depression, talks to Nicola Sturgeon, Scotland’s First Minister, on how she has coped with the coronavirus crisis.

And as lockdown eases for present, although with warnings of a second spike if rules are not followed, and pubs open today across England, it is sobering, and hopefully helpful to read the scale of risks issued by the Texas Medical Association. Visiting a pub is ranked as amongst the highest risk activities. So maybe a bottle of beer or glass of wine in the garden is a better option.
